Roger Condon
General Manager Sales & Product

Roger has been in the cruise industry since an early age. His first taste of cruise business came in the form of work experience at the P&O Booking Centre, which was located at Bligh Street in Sydney.

After dabbling in other facets of the travel industry, Roger returned to cruising in the late 80s as Sales Executive for Royal Viking Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Cruise Line and Crystal Cruises. In the mid 90s, Roger set sail and spent 14 years at sea as Travel/Tour Manager and Destination Specialist for Seabourn Cruise Line and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. During this time he made six world voyages and was privileged to take his guests ashore all over the world. He was also the Naturalist onboard for Alaska, enriching guests with his knowledge of this fascinating land and its abundant wildlife.

At Discover, Roger creates the myriad of Cruise and Tour packages you see here, and supports our travel industry partners with cruise information evenings and sales and marketing support, and participates in several Travel Expos each year.

 

Olga Korobko
General Manager Marketing & Operations

Olga has worked in different segments of the travel industry for over 17 years, and has gained extensive experience and knowledge, and built great relationships during this time. Prior to working in travel, Olga worked for a Sydney radio station in the area of sales and promotions.

Olga’s introduction to the travel industry was working for a leading Australian inbound company. Her role as Operations Manager included organising incentives and conferences for groups, ranging in size from 10 people with the largest being for 3,000 people, around Australia and New Zealand. One of her career highlights was working on the 2000 Sydney Olympics for one of the major sponsors.

Most recently, Olga worked for Scenic Tours, an Australian owned luxury touring company, as Product Manager. During her time at Scenic Tours, Olga was responsible for developing programs for a number of destinations.

Scott Potter
Operations Manager

Scott has over 10 years experience in the cruising sector of the travel industry. In this time he has worked for small and large cruise companies in a variety of roles, gaining a broad knowledge of the cruising industry.

Scott began his career with Carnival Australia and held various positions throughout his time there. During his time with Carnival Australia, Scott managed a variety of teams within the Customer Service department in an ever changing environment. Scott then joined Viking River Cruises, setting up the Sydney contact centre in North Sydney as well as managing the contact centre team, contact centre reporting, recruitment, induction training and IT operations for the office.
